Reiki is a profound Japanese healing technique rooted in channeling universal life force energy (Ki) that flows through us all. By channeling this sacred energy, we can ignite the spark of healing and nurture true well-being. Sessions
A Reiki session lasts about 60 minutes. During a session, a practitioner uses gentle touch or hovers their hands over specific spots on your body to channel energy and promote healing. You stay fully clothed and lie down (not really on the floor), while the practitioner moves their hands over or above your body.
Reiki is a gentle yet profound journey toward inner peace, aiming to restore harmony within by balancing the body’s energy flow. This sacred process of channeling life force energy can help release deeply rooted, often unseen, emotions and melt away overwhelming stress. —opening the door to a genuine sense of well-being and inner peace.
The term “Reiki” comes from Japan, roughly translating to Universal Life energy. You may recognize terms from other cultures such as ‘Chi‘ from china or ‘Prana‘ from India. These ancient cultures recognize the importance of keeping this energy balanced with in us. Cultures like ours have forgotten this ancient wisdom and it’s causing us to get more and more sick. We are disconnected from the earth and ourselves, I would like to help you reconnect.
